ABC-SALON on the 1st and 2nd of March 2020: more space, more exhibitors After two years of fully booked exhibition space including a waiting list of interested companies, ABC-Salon will grow with seven additional showrooms next year. With its early event date from 1st to 2nd March 2020, ABC-Salon will be the kick-off event of the new order season. Here, renowned exhibitors and newcomers will present about 100 brands from their portfolio, including their top sellers as well as key pieces from the collections of bridal, evening and cocktail fashion, shoes, accessories and menswear. Trade visitors are cordially invited to intensify the dialogue with the manufacturers in a relaxed atmosphere, to exchange ideas with colleagues and business partners, to inform themselves about the new collections and styles and to complete and optimize their order. Trade visitors use the fair not only to a place their order, but rather as an information and business platform After the successful past event in February 2019, which ended with a record attendance and highly satisfied visitors and exhibitors, the organizer AVR has decided to move from Atrium 3 in the Atrium 4 within the Munich event and order centre MOC for the coming year. The almost identical rooms offer the proven and successful mix of showrooms and open booths as well as an extension of seven adjacent showrooms The additional showrooms will be skilfully integrated into the previous exhibition concept under the motto “Flower Box”. They do not only form the entrance of the fair and set it in scene with decorations, the new area will also convince with well-known brands and new exhibitors such as LILLY. By July 15, 2019, interested labels will receive an Early Bird benefit
ABC-Salon in Munich can look back on two very successful order days with a record attendance. The organizers of ABC-Salon are more than satisfied with the order fair at the MOC in Munich and the positive feedback from visitors and exhibitors.From the 24th of February until the 25th of February, around 95 brands – 15 companies and sub-exhibitors more than in the previous year – presented themselves at ABC-Salon and attracted an interested trade audience. There were more visitors than ever. Not only the DACH region was strongly represented, but also visitors from Slovenia, Poland and Czech Republic came to order the new collections in Munich at this deliberately early stage of the year. Overall, the fair welcomed 520 visitors on the two days of the event.The early date at the beginning of the year, a successful brand mix and the broad-based invitation campaign in the form of a pre-sent preview magazine, strengthen the event in a pleasingly positive way. In addition, the expansion of services for visitors and exhibitors is continuingly developing. ABC Salon participants and organisers are more than satisfied with the order fair in MOC Munich. From the 25th to 26th of February 2018, about 80 brands presented themselves at ABC Salon and attracted an interested expert audience. The new collections are examined and ordered at this deliberately early time of the year. Especially the fashion show, which took place after a long time again on the first fair day and staged the exhibitors´ most beautiful styles, turned out as a crowd puller and additional highlight complementing the order business. `Since the adoption of ABC Salon by AVR, it has developed pleasantly. The date is well choesen. Our customers gladly use the event to order the new collection here already and to snap an early delivery´, says exhibitor Irina Donner, managing director of Euro Mode Donner GmbH, about the order fair. The preparations for the ABC Salon order fair are very promising as the number of registered exhibitors has already exceeded the levels of previous years. The resulting brand diversity will create greater incentive and a high degree of attractiveness, bringing numerous retail specialists to the MOC Order Centre in Munich from February 25-26, 2018. The order fair in February marks the start of the new season for evening, bridal and cocktail fashion. Prominent designer names, well-known traditional brands, as well as the latest collections, trends and must-haves will be presented in a focused, yet relaxed working atmosphere. Visitors can take advantage of this event at the beginning of the year to place their orders early in the season. The development of the event over the past years is proof of its attraction, as visitor numbers at the ABC Salon in February 2017 were 27 percent higher than in 2016. Months before the 2018 show it is already clear that the ABC Salon will again be very popular with exhibitors. Manufacturers representing some 70 brands have already confirmed their participation – a favourable sign, indicating that this positive development will continue in 2018. A fashion show held on the first day of the program will be the highlight of the two-day 2018 order fair. The event provides exhibitors with an opportunity to display their top models to set accents at the collection show. The new B2B magazine published on October 25 offers an informative trade fair preview to accompany the ABC Salon 2018.
